Jo's Creamy Cucumber



• 5 small cucumbers (peeled and sliced)
• 1 medium cooking onion (diced)
• 1/4 c. Sour cream
• 1 cap of (apple cider) Vinegar...or more if you like
• dash of salt and pepper

Stir all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
